The Vision of the Treasure Trove ministry
By wisdom a house is built,
and through understanding it is established;
through knowledge its rooms are filled
with rare and beautiful treasures.

At the heart of our faith is not the DOING but the BEING. The secret of BEING lies in cultivating that inner spiritual life that is hidden with Christ on high.
Through reading nourishing Christian literature, we still our hearts, take every thought captive, and converse with the saints of generations past.
The Treasure Trove ministry seeks to create a store of good spiritual resources that point the Christian to the God of the Word. We firmly believe that reading good Christian literature will help develop sharper spiritual insights and develop a closer relationship with God.
We therefore aim to actively promote a reading culture in SJC.
More than that, the Treasure Trove ministry seeks to be a resource for discipleship; a place where serious Christians can refer to, to gain insights in our walk with God.
We long to see SJC members coming together to study good Bible based resources, encourage each other and share insights gleaned from the resources with one another and in doing so, building themselves up in Christ.
